NOTICE (for International Purchasers) |
The price of all equipment is sold in Australian Dollars with
postage
included in Australia. The price will be charged by the credit card
company
at the going rate of exchange.
To estimate the cost in your local currency:-
First subtract the Australian Goods and Services Tax which is not
applicable
to overseas sales. The Australian GST is one-eleventh (1/11th) of
the
retail price.
Secondly allow for Fedex 4 day freight, unless post is requested
(Postal
services are not much cheaper but take considerably longer, with a
10 to 14
day delivery), less the cost of delivery within Australia.
Finally, International currency exchange rates change daily,but
generally
the USA price is about $0.75 to the Australian Dollar, Euros are
about O.60
cents and English pounds (Stirling) are about 40 pence to the
Australian
Dollar.
Therefore, as an example, if an item was quoted at Australian $
770.00 this
would equate to (770 -70 GST = 700 + 40 freight =Aust$ 740 x 0.75 =
US$ 554,
Euros 444, or 296 pounds Stirling.
